DostIpo is an independent IPO information platform built for Indian retail investors. From the moment a company files its draft papers to its first day of trading, we track every mainboard and SME IPO listed on the BSE and NSE, live subscription, grey market premium (GMP), allotment dates, listing dates, price bands, lot sizes and issue sizes, in a single, clean, mobile-first interface.

Institutional investors have always had research desks, Bloomberg terminals and analyst calls on their side of the table. The retail applicant, applying through a UPI handle on a phone screen, has historically had scattered WhatsApp forwards and paid tipsheets. DostIpo exists to close that gap, the same depth of information, organised, timestamped and free.

What we cover

For every IPO tracked on DostIpo you will find:

• Live subscription data, total and category-wise (QIB, NII/HNI including the ₹2–10 lakh and ₹10 lakh+ split, retail and employee), refreshed through the bidding window with day-wise progression.
• Grey market premium (GMP), current quote, trend direction and the implied listing gain as a percentage of the upper price band.
• The full issue structure, fresh issue versus offer-for-sale split, anchor book, category-wise reservation, promoter holding before and after dilution.
• RHP financials, three-year restated financials, KPIs (ROE, RoCE, debt/equity, NAV, price-to-book) and pre- versus post-IPO valuation.
• Dates that matter, open, close, allotment, refund, demat credit and listing, plus registrar links to check your allotment.
• Editorial analysis, a clearly-labelled verdict on every issue, kept strictly separate from the data.

How the platform works

DostIpo is built as a live system rather than a manually-updated website. Automated collectors poll public sources, exchange disclosures, registrar updates and SEBI filings, around the clock during offer periods. Every figure carries a timestamp; where reliable data is not yet available, pages say so explicitly instead of guessing. News stories and long-form reports are generated from the same verified dataset, so the numbers you see in a headline always match the numbers in the underlying tables.

Editorial philosophy

Readers come first; search engines second. Facts and editorial opinion are kept strictly separated. We never publish fabricated GMP quotes, inflated subscription numbers or paid 'positive' reviews. When our desk expresses a view, apply, avoid, or watch, it is labelled as analysis, never presented as a promise.

Independence

DostIpo is not a broker, underwriter, issuer or market-maker, and we do not accept payment to alter, rank, promote or hide any IPO's data or verdict. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Everything we publish is educational and informational, every investment decision remains yours, and we think that is exactly how it should be.

Where we are headed

The platform is under active development: deeper RHP parsing (objects of the issue, risk factors), allotment-odds estimation, peer-comparison tables and listing-day coverage are all on the roadmap.
